The purpose of the Wellness Day workshop is to provide emotional space and connection that will deepen the relationship with yourself and others in the community who are recovering from betrayal trauma. The workshop includes psychosocial educational activities, therapeutic yoga, art therapy, guided meditation and more.

Requirements for Attendance

In order to participate in the Wellness Day workshop it is required that you are actively engaged in therapy. If you do not have a therapist please contact me for an assessment to make sure that the workshop is suitable for you.
