Individual therapy  means that you and your therapist work together to explore life events, thoughts, feelings, beliefs, behaviours and more. Having a caring and trusting relationship with your therapist allows you to build an environment where you can reflect, feel, experience and challenge yourself.  Often times individual therapy can be called counselling, psychotherapy, and talk therapy.
